IC Buddy is a symptom diary for personal use. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to a qualified clinician about your care.

IC/BPS Support Groups

A good support group can reduce isolation and share practical experience. Peer stories are valuable, but they do not establish that a treatment is safe or effective for everyone.

What healthy groups do

Protect your privacy

Use only the personal detail you are comfortable making available to members or the hosting platform. Remove names, dates of birth, addresses, record numbers, and identifiable documents from screenshots.

When support is not enough

Persistent hopelessness, severe anxiety, inability to function, or thoughts of self-harm deserve prompt professional support. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; call emergency services for immediate danger.
