IC Buddy Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the IC Buddy website and public symptom-diary service. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Service purpose

IC Buddy provides organizational and educational tools for personal symptom tracking. It is not a medical provider, emergency service, diagnostic system, or substitute for professional care.

5. User Accounts & Data

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining credential security and activity under your account, except where prohibited by law. Health and account data is processed by service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. You may delete your account in the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account or through the Account Deletion page. Deleting your IC Buddy account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription.

Acceptable use

Your content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the limited permissions needed to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that content to operate features you request. You are responsible for deciding what to record and share.

Third-party resources

Links to external organizations and research are provided for convenience. IC Buddy does not control external availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms.

Availability and changes

Features may be improved, corrected, suspended, or discontinued. Reasonable notice is provided when required. The current public membership price is listed on the pricing page.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to applicable law and without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a medical decision. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
